Reisel Consulting is looking for its next R&D Mechanical Engineer (M/F) for an assignment with its client in the energy sector in the Liège region, for a full-time permanent position.
* Defining design specifications, planning projects, and participating in prototype testing.
* Identifying solutions and making recommendations in line with technical objectives (performance, safety, compliance with applicable standards, cost).
* Designing assemblies, drafting parts, and writing specifications.
* Running technical calculations in collaboration with specialized engineering teams.
* Assisting the Operations and Quality Department in the procurement of parts, manufacturing, and assembly.
* Ensuring proper product documentation and certification.
* Actively contributing to product safety management.

Profile:
* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Curious and eager to learn.
* Proficient in 3D design tools (e.g., CREO) and PLM (e.g., Windchill), including 2D drawings with geometrical and dimensional aspects.
* Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
