I’m currently looking for an SAP Service Delivery Manager for a customer in Belgium.
You will act as the main point of contact for SAP AMS support, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business needs. The role covers service level management, vendor and supplier oversight (including contracts, performance, and risk), AMS budget ownership, and continuous improvement of SAP-related ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities Own SAP support coordination across business, IT, and partners (incident, change, and problem management), including major incident handling
Manage end-user support, system issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and driving optimal system usage
Ensure SLA performance, service delivery alignment, and smooth transition from project to support (run mode), including SAP release alignment
Oversee SAP suppliers and vendors, including contract management, service reviews, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
Design, improve, and maintain SAP ITSM processes in line with SAP CoE standards
Manage AMS budget and financial tracking within agreed targets
Maintain documentation and knowledge base while refining business change requests for SAP support teams
Details Contract length – 6 months with possible extension
