Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our digital marketing hiring needs on a freelance/contract basis. This role will partner closely with hiring managers in a fully remote environment and requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, Linked In, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative methods Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress and challenges Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Requirements Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role Strong sourcing skills, with experience using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach Excellent communication and follow-up skills, especially in a remote environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Experience ● Experience recruiting roles in the digital marketing industry is preferred Opportunity ● Opportunity of permanent employment Schedule & Work set-up ● Work-from-home
