🚀 What is the IT Graduate Program?
📍 Location: Nestlé Global Services Spain, Barcelona 🇪🇸
🎓 Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Information Technologies, Social Sciences, Business Analytics, Machine Learning or other relevant quantitative fields 📊🧠
🕒 Duration: 2-year Graduate Program
👥 Designed to develop Nestlé’s next generation of IT leaders, as part of a multicultural team working on the biggest digital transformation in the FMCG industry 🏭💥
📚 Learning model: Based on the 70-20-10 approach:
✅ Work on real assignments from day one
✅ Grow your leadership, communication and technical skills
✅ Attend regular interactive sessions with senior leaders
✅ Follow a predefined learning path (approx. 240h) covering company culture, tech skills, and soft/leadership skills
✅ Work with top technologies and partners (SAP, CISCO, Grafana, Accenture…) 🤝
💡 What makes you a great fit for our IT Platforms Graduate role?
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT or STEM field
🧠 Basic knowledge of SAP, IT Operations, Monitoring/Observability is a plus
👨💻 Programming and automation skills are a plus
🗣️ Fluency in English is a must; Spanish or other languages are a plus in our multicultural environment 🌍
