Job Purpose
The Corporate Commercial Excellence Director at bpost will establish the framework and governance for our sales and strategic marketing organization to further enhance customer centricity, boost sales efficiency, and foster commercial agility. The role focuses on redesigning and managing processes, building organizational capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Monitor sales performance, new business development, and business analytics; coordinate budget process. Set up pipeline reviews to identify growth opportunities and monitor execution. Streamline customer onboarding and service processes to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience. Develop an integrated, agile ecosystem to manage customers across product families and enhance cross-channel collaboration (contact center, digital platforms). Deploy the full capabilities of CRM across the group, including governance, marketing automation, campaign management, and analytics. Drive innovation through the intelligent use of data and AI to support sales decision‑making. Lead the development and implementation of advanced pricing methodologies and establish governance for contract negotiations and pricing consistency to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Manage the marketing research pool and lead capability‑building initiatives to deepen commercial and analytical skills across teams. Who are you?
Proven leadership experience in marketing, commercial, or transformation roles within complex organizations. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale change initiatives focused on agility, digitalization, and customer experience. Strong expertise in CRM deployment, data analytics, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. Deep understanding of pricing strategies and commercial governance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in French, Dutch and English. Strong project management skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams and substantial budgets. What do we offer?
