We are seeking a highly motivated Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Design for Product and Sales Journeys Chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about bridging the gap between technology and user experience, with a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail Key Responsibilities 1. User Experience Design Design intuitive and user-friendly flows for various communication platforms. Map user flows to ensure they are seamless and aligned with user needs and business goals. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions to enhance usability. Conduct usability testing and make iterative design improvements. 2. User Research Lead user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for design decisions. Document findings in a structured, shareable format for stakeholders. 3. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with product owners, business analysts, tech leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and users, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions. 4. Technical Expertise & Accessibility Understand the complexities of legacy IT systems. Demonstrate expertise in Figma, auto layouts, templates management, and file structure. Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility within technical constraints. Provide guidance on integrating modern UX practices into existing tools, ensuring compliance with the Design System and accessibility requirements. 5. Project Leadership Lead UX/UI initiatives from concept to implementation. Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. Act as a mentor and role model for the UX/UI Guild. Agile Mindset & Ways of Working Agile and Hybrid Environments: Comfortable working in both Agile and hybrid project environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout iterative design and delivery cycles. Flexibility and Adaptability: Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and changing priorities, taking ownership of tasks while remaining open to feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, analysts, and developers during the iterative design and delivery process to ensure alignment on design objectives. Ownership and Initiative: Proactively support teams beyond your strict role boundaries, taking ownership of your designs and ensuring they are implemented effectively. Continuous Learning and Problem-Solving: Value feedback, embrace continuous learning, and apply pragmatic problem solving approaches throughout the design and delivery process. Profile & Experience Minimum 5 years in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in delivering impactful solutions for enterprise applications. Experience working with Design Systems and component development. Ideally, experience as a front-end developer, with a deep understanding of Tokens, IT systems, and architectures. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Skilled in conducting research and applying findings to design improvements. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Tools & Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with prototyping and user testing tools. Knowledge of analytics applications is a plus. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
