Now, we are looking for a Construction Manager in our office in Antwerpen. What is the role About? Your responsibilities include:
1. Overseeingand directing construction projects during the execution phase
2. Reviewingthe project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
3. Reviewingthe planning of all different contractors and manage full adapted site-planning
4. Overseeingall onsite and offsite project works, monitoring compliance with building andsafety regulations
5. Coordinatingand directing construction workers and (sub)contractors
6. Keeptrack of work progress on a daily basis
7. Ensuringsafe working conditions on site
8. Preparinginternal and external reports pertaining to job status
9. Anticipatingpotential issues and resolving any emerging ones
10. Managingpermits and licenses
11. Analyzing,managing and mitigate risks
12. Ensureconstruction quality standards, and the use of appropriate constructiontechniques
