for a Finance Manager that is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment. Finance Manager - FMCG - Brussels Functieomschrijving
FP&A - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
forecasts and budgets - Conduct variance analysis between actuals
and forecasts - Analyze sales performance, margins, and
profitability - Support pricing strategy decisions based on cost,
volume, and competitive data Cost Control - Monitor and manage cost
of goods sold (COGS) - Identify opportunities to improve gross
margin through operational efficiency - Participate in SKU
profitability analysis Business Partnering - Act as a strategic
advisor to marketing, sales, supply chain, and general management -
Provide financial insight to support product launches, market
entry, and pricing decisions - Support cross-functional initiatives
with financial models and risk analysis Data, Systems & Digital
Tools - Maintain and improve ERP and financiaal reporting systems -
Automate routine reporting and analysis where possible - Use data
analytics for forecasting, customer behavior analysis, and margin

hands-on approach. There is a supportive framework and thorough
in-house knowledge in the finance department to facilitate the
transition period. Although a minimum of 5 years of experience is
preferred. The ideal candidate has: - A Master's degree in
Accounting/Finance - A Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar
role - Strong analytical skills - A strategic perspective -
Affinity with business side of FMCG - Expert people management and
communication skills - Fluent in Dutch and/or French & English.
