As a Customer Service OTC, your responsibilities are:
* Handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently and accurately.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage customer accounts and update relevant records in the system.
* Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
* Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and requests.
* Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
A successful Customer Service OTC should have:
* Fluency in French, Spanish and with a good command of English. Portuguese is a big plus
* Experience in customer service and in Order roles is a big plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency with order management systems and tools.
* A solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
