What You Will Do
Develop and execute local trade marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial strategy
Translate campaigns into customer-focused activations (POS, promotions, sales tools)
Support sales teams with tools, messaging and campaign roll-out
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across Benelux
Analyse market data and campaign performance to optimise ROI
Identify local opportunities and turn them into actionable initiatives
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of marketing materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory and supply teams
What You Bring
2–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, field marketing or commercial marketing
Strong project management and organisational skills
Hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus
