Duties & Role:
* Serve as the Primary Point of Contact and Site Collection Specialist for Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC) SharePoint Site Collections, providing advanced technical resolution and administration under the guidance of ESOC Unit Information Knowledge Data Management (IKDM) Officer;
* Analyse, architect, and enhance Information, Data and Knowledge Management (IKDM) systems as well as internal IKDM procedures of the ESOC;
* Lead the ESOC efforts to align and implement IKDM best practices;
* Manage the structure, permissions, and scalability of ESOC SharePoint Site Collections;
* Maintain ESOC SharePoint functionalities and adapt those following systems migrations;
* Analyse SharePoint Site collections construct and propose improvement initiatives within the Agency IKDM policies to meet ESOC IKDM needs;
* Duty will be conducted full time, in person from a protected facility or remotely in some occasions;
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
* The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
* Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Site Collection management with recent experience as SharePoint Site Collection Specialist;
* Advanced knowledge of SharePoint features, including Sites, Lists, Libraries, and advanced workflows, with proven experience in end-to-end content management and data governance;
* Be capable to develop and provide SharePoint content managers and End-User education and training;
* Master the assigned Site Collections usage understanding to ensure optimal performance and compliance;
* Knowledge of NATO IKDM best practice;
* Knowledge of NATO and military environment
* Advanced knowledge of MS-Office, MS Project and Visio;
* Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Designer for workflows creations;
* Knowledge of JavaScript for custom webparts;
* SharePoint Administration training and experience (minimum 6 years);
* Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
