Senior SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical Consultant Location: Contract Type: FreelanceStart Date: ASAPWe are supporting a leading organisation in the financial services sector in their search for a Senior SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical Consultant .This role will focus on supporting and enhancing an on-premise SAP ECC HR landscape, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure stability, optimisation, and ongoing development of core HR systems.
Provide technical expertise across SAP ECC HCM / HR modules (PA, OM, PY, Time, etc.)Design, develop, and maintain custom enhancements and developments (ABAP) within the HR landscapeSupport and optimise existing HR processes and system functionalitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents within the HR systemCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system operations and deliveryProven experience as an SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical ConsultantStrong expertise in on-premise SAP ECC HR environmentsSolid ABAP development experience within HR modulesGood understanding of HR business processes and data structuresFluent in English (French or Dutch also preffered)
Exposure to SAP HR payroll or time managementExperience in financial services or regulated environments
