What will you do? As our Asses & Develop Operational Excellence Manager, you play a key role in optimizing Talent processes, driving digital innovation, and ensuring high-quality operational execution across our learning, performance, succession and data management domains. Your tasks Analyze, and optimize all our running Talent processes (learning, performance, succession, data flows). Develop and implement standards, guidelines, and SOPs for Talent processes. Build KPI frameworks to measure process quality, effectiveness, and performance. Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrative and project team members. Stimulate skill development in process improvement and digital content governance. Drive digital innovation, including workflow automation and HRIS improvements. Ensure governance and compliance of online learning content (GDPR, licences, accessibility). Apply lean and automation principles to improve efficiency, quality, and lead times. Monitor performance through trend analysis, reporting, and improvement recommendations. Translate HR strategy into operational objectives in collaboration with process owners. Who are you? Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Solid knowledge of Talent Management concepts and HRIS/Talent systems. People management experience to develop and coach people to performance. Experience with online learning solutions and digital content governance. Skilled in Lean/Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies. Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management experience. Proficient in data analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Proven experience in functional team leadership and coordinating projects.
