An international maritime services company is seeking an independent and proactive logistics professional to support in-house transport operations in Antwerp.
Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate shipments (road, sea, air) for fleet operations worldwide
Arrange EU transports and liaise with internal stakeholders, agents, warehouses, forwarders, and customs
Book transport services and ensure operational follow-up
Prepare logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs files, dangerous goods where applicable)
Process purchase orders and obtain quotations from logistics partners
Profile
Logistics experience (multi-modal transport preferred)
Knowledge of transport legislation and basic customs regulations
Accurate, solution-driven, and service-minded
Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes unstructured environment
Fluent in Dutch and English
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (MAXIMO is a plus)
