Managed Services is the operational execution engine of PwC Advisory. Our mission is to help clients solve complex operational challenges and reach ambitious business objectives. We work hand-in-hand with our colleagues of the other PwC Advisory teams to develop, deploy and run operational solutions combining the best experience, methodologies and technologies. Our team turns ideas and insights into concrete actions and results. Under the expert stewardship of our Advisory experts, you’ll delve into the inner workings of companies to find the best solutions for any challenge they might have.

We’re looking for talented interns to join our Managed Services team within our Management Consulting department during academic year -.

Your impact

1. Get firsthand insights into the fascinating world of consulting.

2. Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise

3. Help with internal tasks and exciting project based activities

4. Participate actively in daily operations and project management office activities (project support, financial support, reporting, market research)

5. Thrive in an environment that broadens your functional training, personal and technical skills, and deepens your knowledge of client services

What you will learn and do
You help our clients in the support and execution of their HR and/or recruitment operations, while providing them with our consulting expertise:

6. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including talent hunting, sourcing, initial candidate screening, interviews and extending job offers

7. Build talent pool with active candidates on social media and job boards

8. Conduct phone screenings to assesscandidates qualification and skills

9. Participate to job fairs to liaise with potential candidates

10. Redesign recruitment/HR workflows and identify areas for enhancement

11. Develop and implement onboarding programs for clients

12. Conduct process mapping and continuous improvement activities

13. Analyze market trends and innovative working methods, providing strategic advice

14. Build and deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance capabilities and improve HR processes

15. Collect, transform, and analyze HR data to facilitate effective decision-making

16. Provide actionable insights to align with business objectives

17. Participate in HR improvement initiatives and projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee development

18. Support the creation and implementation of HR deliverables, including SOPs and operational guidelines

About you

19. A final year Master student in Human Resources or in a Business study field

20. Passionate about HR, project management and consulting

21. Motivated to discover the inner workings of a global organization

22. Enjoy working within a team

23. Fluent in English and Dutch/French

24. Proactive, showing initiative and strong organizational skills

25. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

26. Available for a minimum of three months

27. This internship is a mandatory part of your school curriculum
