We're Hiring: Hybrid Medical Representative – Sales Specialist II
Region: Halle / Ninove / Zottegem (Belgium) | Home-Based | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Are you passionate about healthcare, sales, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals? We’re looking for a Hybrid Medical Representative to join our team and make a real impact in the pharmaceutical landscape.
What You’ll Do:
* Promote a diverse portfolio to GPs, specialists, and pharmacists
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and KOLs
* Analyse territory performance and execute tailored strategies to meet sales goals
* Act as a medical partner and ambassador, leading educational and scientific events
* Support pharmacy sales actions and drive engagement across channels
* Share market insights and contribute to continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales, productivity, and market share targets
* Execute regional management plans and customer-centric initiatives
* Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
* Report accurately and follow compliance and ethical guidelines
* Support team development and project implementation (if applicable)
What You’ll Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Fluent in Dutch or French, and English
* Experience in the pharmacy or generics (Gx) market
* Strong negotiation, account management, and commercial skills
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for collaboration and growth

* Experience organizing scientific or educational events
