About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Amazon Operations to lead and scale operations across five seller accounts with 50+ unique products, currently generating $10 million in annual revenue through Amazon.
This role requires experience leading operations in an Amazon FBA-focused company generating at least $30M per year, with direct involvement in both operations and marketing.
You’ll lead a team of four full-time Amazon technical specialists based in PH, one supply chain manager based in EU, and multiple designers based in PK, reporting directly to the founders.
Key Outcomes Expected from This Role
* Revenue Growth: Within 12 months, scale total Amazon revenue from $10M/yr to $20M/yr by implementing strong PPC strategies & optimizing listings significantly.
* Marketing Systems: Build a streamlined, documented PPC and marketing framework, fully implemented across all sellers.
* Marketplace Expansion: Launch all sellers on Walmart Marketplace.
* Operational Systems: Implement organized, integrated systems for shipment creation, PO & inventory management, financial reporting, and performance tracking - ensuring every process runs predictably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all Amazon operations across five seller accounts.
* Lead PPC strategy and marketing execution across all sellers.
* Systemize core processes in business across operations, supply chain, and marketing.
* Implement KPI-based performance tracking for marketing & supply chain.
Requirements
* Proven experience leading operations at an Amazon-focused company generating at least $30M annually, with deep involvement in the marketing side of it.
* Expertise in all technical aspects of Amazon operations, including: catalog management through flat files, shipment creation, dealing with AH issues, and more.
* Strong operational and analytical mindset - able to build systems, structure, and teams for scale.
