About the Role
As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily services including office facilities, staff housing, transportation, catering, and workplace safety. You will coordinate outsourced services and ensure service quality, implement and refine administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with corporate and local regulations.
Budget & Cost Oversight
You will manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of administrative resources and assets. Your expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation will be valuable in this role.

Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Essential skills include knowledge of local administrative policies and practices, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic English communication skills (verbal & written).
