As an AP Accountant, you will report directly to the Head of Accounting and play a key role in our international finance team.
Your responsibilities:
* Managing accounts payable for two foreign entities (Luxembourg and Germany)
* Processing incoming invoices in our ERP system (SAP)
* Preparing VAT returns and monitoring fiscal and legal obligations
* Participating in quarterly and year-end closings, as well as budget calculations
* Supporting internal and external audits as a point of contact
* Assisting colleagues from various departments with accounting tasks and projects
* Processing acquisitions and projects
* Contributing to challenging projects within the WDP Group
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
* Several years’ experience as an accountant
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and IT-minded
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; German is a plus, but not required
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your work
* A true team player who meets (group) deadlines
* Experience with an ERP package (SAP is a plus)
* Communicative, dynamic, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment
