Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Business Analyst to support our ongoing digital workplace initiatives and drive adoption of M365 solutions across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and change management to translate business needs into scalable and user-friendly solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, process modeling tools, and proficiency in multiple languages will be highly valued.
Main Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Microsoft 365 tools
Support enhancement of digital collaboration and document management processes
Define and document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows and business processes
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and configuration
Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication
Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution
Provide training support, documentation, and best-practice guidelines
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital workplace or IT transformation environment. You should also possess a solid knowledge of M365 applications, especially Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience with Agile delivery methodologies, process modeling tools, and proficiency in multiple languages, will be highly valued.
