As Quality and audit Supervisor you are the main contact within the Grimbergen facility for all local quality and audit processes and findings. Within your responsibilities you are strongly aligned with the Parts Global quality and RAM organization to assure alignment with their strategies.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- leading a team of 8 inspectors (GDC and A-Pack), 1 material handler, 1 quality analyst and 8-9 auditors and teamlead.
- supporting the execution of the quality assurance strategies and control plans in alignment with the Parts Global Quality organization and guidelines.
- developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures to achieve quality targets.
- provide technical support to the quality team (geometric dimensions, tolerances, 1E specs, metallurgical inspections, (precise) dimensional inspections)
- owning the final decision for the Dealer returns inspections (RMA)
- provide a high level of service for Operations, Order Fulfilment, Global Supply, … as the facility primary quality contact.
- Utilizing technical knowledge to implement process and inspection improvements.
- Executing all facility related audits to assure facility inventory accuracy
- Executing quarterly Statistical Test Counts
- Alignment with the global RAM team on all inventory record accuracy initiatives
- Ensuring a well-structured collaboration with Operations to share audit results and drive continuous improvement
