Your Responsibilities
* Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions for aircraft maintenance personnel, pilots (ground theory), and technical specialists in accordance with EASA Part 147/66 and EASA Part FCL regulations.
* Provide internal technical training for company staff.
* Develop, update, and customise course materials and examinations tailored to customer needs.
* Create and maintain technical teaching resources, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
* Support hands-on training environments by updating training hardware, software, and physical components.
Your Profile
* Certified Aircraft Avionic Engineer (B2 licence).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aircraft avionics or technical instruction.
* Strong pedagogical and didactic skills, with a genuine passion for teaching.
* Holding a PPL or CPL licence is a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally on an irregular basis to deliver training courses.
