Analyst – Veeva / Salesforce
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Analyst to support day-to-day operations of the Veeva CRM system (or similar CRM tools such as Salesforce). You will act as a key point of contact for the sales team, helping to ensure smooth use of the system, analyzing sales performance metrics, and supporting overall CRM effectiveness.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, collaborative attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for the Veeva CRM application.
* Assist all users across the organization in effectively using the system.
* Support the sales team with questions and issues related to Veeva.
* Conduct training sessions for team members on system use and best practices.
* Analyze Salesforce metrics to evaluate team performance and effectiveness.
* Work on product segmentation analysis and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth CRM operations.
* Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements as needed.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar analytical or CRM support role.
* Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM preferred; experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is also acceptable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
* Excellent communication and training skills – able to support and guide non-technical users.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Dutch is a plus; knowledge of a third language is an additional advantage.
