Overview


PM Group are seeking an experienced E&I Package Owner to join our pharma construction project team in Geel, Belgium.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharma manufacturing facility
2. Oversee E&I design coordination including power distribution systems, process control integration, and instrumentation requirements for pharmaceutical operations
3. Manage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations including cleanroom power systems and process automation
4. Coordinate with process engineers and automation specialists to ensure E&I systems meet pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards
5. Supervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure including emergency power and UPS systems
6. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, EU safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards throughout E&I construction phases
7. Manage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence while maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical-grade installations
8. Facilitate design reviews, technical specifications approval, and coordination meetings with multidisciplinary project teams
9. Oversee E&I commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and performance qualification protocols for validation

Qualifications

10. Experienced managing E&I construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industries
11. Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systems
12. Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems
13. Understanding of process control systems, automation technologies, and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturing
14. Proven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements
15. Bachelor's degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline
16. Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French languages advantageous
