We're Hiring: AI Engineer (Python | ML | GenAI | LLMs)

The role-
* Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments
* Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines)
* Work with Generative AI models to build smart assistants, automation tools, and AI-driven products
* Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows
* Deploy and monitor ML models in cloud environments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
What We're Looking For-
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python
* Strong experience in Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
* Practical experience with Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
* Experience building and deploying ML models in production
* Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
Nice to Have-
* Experience with vector databases and embeddings
* Knowledge of MLOps practices
* Experience with APIs and microservices architecture
* Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques
