What You'll Do
As Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of allwarehouse, inventory, and distribution activities across Benelux.
Yourobjective: guarantee that our medical devices are delivered on time, in full compliance, and with the highest service level to hospitals, clinics, and field teams.
You will act as a key operational partner to the business, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
YourResponsibilities :
OperationalExcellence
1. Lead andoptimizewarehouse and distribution operations
2. Ensureaccurateandtimelyorder fulfillment
3. Oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, and consignment stock management
4. Managelogisticsproviders and transportation partners
5. Monitor and improve KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy, stock turns, backorders)
6. Control operational budgets and drive cost efficiency
Quality& Compliance
7. Ensure full compliance with ISO, MDR, GDP and internal procedures
8. Maintain audit readiness and quality standards
9. Promote a culture of safety and regulatory discipline
Leadership
10. Directly manage and develop warehouse andlogisticsteams
11. Set clearobjectivesand performance standards
12. Coach team members and support capability development
13. Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiatives
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration
14. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality
15. Act as a reliable operational partner to commercial and clinical teams
