As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of office operations.
* Manage the smooth flow of daily office tasks
* Ensure timely ordering and follow-up on office supplies
* Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers
* Effectively manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Coordinate visitor and employee access to the premises
* Provide administrative support at the reception, handling phone calls, documents, and emails with professionalism
* Fluency in French and Dutch is required, along with good knowledge of English
* Proficiency in MS Office is essential
* A minimum of one year's experience in administration or a related field is necessary
* You must be proactive, organized, and dynamic, with excellent communication skills
