Job Description
Sales & Business Development:
* Implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the European region.
* Evaluate customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. customer service, operations & quality, finance, marketing, and product development) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the region.
* Challenge the status-quo by exploring ways to exceed sales targets to grow the company's market share and presence.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Identify and develop high potential customers into key account relationships by building a long-term partnership model
* Demonstrate expertise in conflict resolution to address customer complaints in collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Overlook the entire sales process from initial prospection through contract finalization, including financial follow-up.
Budget Management:
* Develop and execute annual sales plans on agreed volume targets
* Monitor and report on sales performance and key account KPI’s against targets.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Actively participate in monthly sales meetings and share market insights and best practices with the sales team.
Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in bulk commodities or industrial food processing, with expertise in business development, key account management, and sales strategy execution in MENA markets.
* Sales & Skills: Proven ability to close high-value deals, with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Organization & Tech: Strong organizational skills, with attention to follow-up and execution. Proficient in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
* Languages: Fluent in English and Polish (German or Russian is a plus).
* Travel: Willing to travel frequently within EMEIA, the USA, and Belgium.
* Education: Business (Agricultural/Food), Commercial, or other relevant area
