In this strategic role, you will focus on optimising the performance and value of our property portfolio in alignment with the asset strategy. Depending on your seniority and experience, you could join us as a Junior, Medior, or Senior Asset Manager.
Your responsibilities
* Portfolio optimisation: Oversee and manage the performance of our real estate assets, identifying opportunities to enhance value and achieve financial targets.
* Commercialisation: Manage the leasing process with leasing agents for a variety of property types and negotiate third-party contracts.
* Tenant focus: Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
* Building focus: Collaborate closely with Property Managers and Service Coordinators to maintain high-quality buildings and ensure tenant satisfaction.
* Strategic management: Develop and implement asset strategies, monitor budgets, and oversee financial performance with support from the Finance team.
* Compliance and sustainability: Ensure all properties adhere to regulatory and sustainability standards, integrating innovative solutions where possible.
* Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with investors, clients, and internal teams to align on objectives and deliver exceptional results.

What we're looking for
* Proven experience in asset management, property management, or a related field.
* Commercial and proactive thinking with a deal-oriented and creative problem-solving approach.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial, strategic, and commercial decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
* Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
* Flexibility to work from our offices in Antwerp, Brussels, or Mont-Saint-Guibert.
