We are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager (FR & NL) to join one of our banking clients' teams.
What are your responsibilities?
Marketing strategy & campaigns
* Define, coordinate, and manage Marketing & Communication activities.
* Develop campaigns based on an optimal mix of owned, earned, and paid media.
* Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
Customer journey & performance
* Optimize digital customer journeys to generate leads and support sales.
* Ensure the right messages are delivered at the right time through the right channels.
* Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
Branding & communication
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
* Deliver relevant, engaging, and high-quality content tailored to target audiences.
* Leverage market insights and studies to guide campaign decisions.
Coordination & project management
* Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders.
* Manage communication projects (planning, budget, quality).
* Challenge requests and propose effective, result-driven solutions.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and communication.
* Experience in the banking or financial sector is required.
* Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and digital marketing.
* Proven experience in project management and campaign execution.
* Commercial mindset with strong customer focus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
* Ability to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas.
Languages:
* Fluent in Dutch and French (MUST HAVE)
Nice to have:
* Experience with Adobe Marketing Automation tools
