Role Overview
We are looking for a Change Manager – Digital Workplace & Collaboration to support the adoption of modern digital workplace and collaboration solutions across a global organization.
In this role, you will focus on change management, communication, training and user enablement for initiatives related to Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot/AI and modern communication solutions such as telephony and meeting rooms.
You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders and technology partners, acting as a visible driver of digital transformation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Change & Adoption
* Support change initiatives across the digital workplace and collaboration landscape
* Translate technical updates into clear, user‑friendly communication
* Develop and execute adoption plans to drive user engagement
Communication
* Create communication materials (updates, newsletters, announcements)
* Tailor messaging to different audiences and business units
* Act as an ambassador for digital transformation
Training & Enablement
* Deliver training sessions, demos and workshops (onsite and virtual)
* Create training materials, quick guides and short instructional videos
* Support user onboarding for new tools and features
Stakeholder Engagement
* Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders and technology partners
* Collect user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
* Monitor adoption progress and report on outcomes
Profile & Required Experience
Professional Background
* Experience in change management, digital adoption or training roles
* Strong focus on communication, enablement and user engagement
* Comfortable working in complex, global environments
Technical & Functional Skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
* Experience with Power Platform is a plus
* Experience or affinity with AI tools (e.g. Copilot) is a strong plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Positive, user‑centric mindset
