The essence of the solutions architect role is the conversion of particular requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being deployed globally.
The Solution Architect is expected to provide motivation and guidance to the Sales, Product Management, Segment Experts, Local Development, Professional Service and Customer Care teams during the solution life cycle of the solutions that we offer in our segments Care, Cure and Enterprise.
The Solution Architect plays an important role in ensuring that the solution architecture has standard design tooling.

What are you going to do?
The solutions architect is primarily employed to help Product Managers and Segment Experts in the design, scope and governance of the total solutions usually containing several product lines and 3rd party products.
5. Provide input into future solution functionality, implementation methodology and configuration standards.
6. Analyze requirements and design solutions to address customer business scenarios within the product scope.
7. Write solution-oriented documentation for internal and external use
8. Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
9. Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
10. Analysis and resolution of problems, and implementing proper solutions to reduce future issues
11. Oversee aspects of product life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, implementation and exit phases for products within the solution area
12. Communication effectively between different teams including technical and nontechnical groups. Ability to do complete and thorough analysis of complex problems, design an effective solution and implement that solution.
13. Coordinate and collaborate with sales and customer implementation team and Ascom deployment teams to ensure a successful and referenceable delivery.
14. Analyze customer site analysis and process requirements as a basis to propose solutions from the Ascom portfolio.
What do you need?
15. Bachelors or masters Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar experience.
16. Minimum of 2 years experience with involvement in system integration deployments in domain
17. Experience with medical software installation and configuration
18. Strong and confident customer-facing consulting skills.
19. English a must

22. Experience with cloud and SAAS
23. Experience with Full Microsoft Stack
24. Experience with Micro Services based architectures
25. Experience with SQL, relational database systems (MSSQL is must, Postgres a plus)
