You will play a key role in our organization, in which you will focus on AML/CTF compliance, ensuring that our policies, procedures, and practices meet regulatory standards and best practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into the role of AMLCO.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update and monitor AML/CTF policies and procedures.Perform risk assessments and transaction monitoring.Advise internal stakeholders on AML/CTF regulations and best practices.Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare reports for regulators.Organize training sessions for employees on AML/CTF compliance.Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and internal teams regarding AML/CTF matters.QualificationsYou hold a Masters' degree in Economics, Law or an equivalent field, or similar through experience. You have at least five years of work experience in the financial sector, including at least two years in compliance (within a financial institution or as a consultant).Required SkillsYou have a strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations, risk management and NBB expectations and the ambition to grow into the role of AMLCO and obtain the Certified Compliance Officer certification.You combine an analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach: you don’t just identify risks, you actively contribute to practical solutions.You have a hands-on attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves to design and implement processes, not just provide advice.You have good communication skills in Dutch and English to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Compensation packageWe offer an attractive salary - based on your experience and achievements - and fringe benefits including, group and hospital insurance, meal vouchers,....
