Change Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation
As part of a strategic digital transformation initiative,our client is migrating its current system to SAP S/4HANA. To ensure the success of this transition and foster adoption of new practices and tools, they are recruiting a Change Manager (Medior) to join the project team during the implementation phase.
This role focuses on supporting the human side of change, embracing new processes and tools, and ensuring long-term sustainability of the transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct pre-analysis to inform change management planning
* Define, implement, and adapt change management strategies using the PROSCI methodology
* Lead digital communication efforts with clear, engaging messaging tailored to impacted audiences
* Support managers and change ambassadors in their roles as change agents
* Monitor change adoption metrics, identify risks, and propose corrective actions
* Promote a participative and proactive culture around new tools and processes
* Contribute to training, coaching, and skills development for affected teams
Profile:
* PROSCI certification held for at least 3 years
* French speaking is required.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in change management
* Experience in digital transformation or ERP implementation (SAP knowledge is a plus)
* Strong coaching abilities (individual and group)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly autonomous, organized, and structured
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
