This brings challenges from a strategic, commercial and organizational point.For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable expert with excellent communications skills, who excels at providing leadership to the consolidation expert and chief accountant, and ensures that the stand-alone and consolidated accounting records represent a true and fair view of the underlying transactions, assets, and liabilities and are prepared in line with the relevant accounting standards.**WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT**- Providing functional leadership to the consolidation expert and the chief accountant to ensure a monthly and annual consolidation is prepared in accordance with the related accounting principles and the set deadlines.- Follow up the monthly management accounts and annual statutory statements within the set deadlines and in accordance with the relevant accounting principles of the legal entities under the responsibility- Managing the annual audit and the relationship with the auditors in order to come to a clean audit opinion on the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements which are filed in accordance with legal requirements.- Following up the annual tax declarations for all group entities to ensure they are prepared and filed in accordance with the group and legally set deadlines and standards.- Preparing forecasts and budgets of the legal entities under responsibility.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**- Experience in finance, consolidation and/or audit- Team player and people manager, who loves to personal interactions and gives a clear personal touch to human relations- Relates to our 4 corporate values: passion, integrity, accountability and open-mindedness- Analytical, a real "number-cruncher"- Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French - oral and written**WHY TCR?**- A top international team with an HQ in Belgium where we live by our company values- A company with short decision lines where our employees are central to the success of the company- With us, it's all about fun and passion!- Fun team activities - today online but as soon as possible in real life again.
