As a Reporting & Consolidation Analyst, you will:
* Manage and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
* Ensure compliance with BE GAAP and support the adoption of IFRS standards across the group
* Lead the financial consolidation process involving multiple international subsidiaries
* Prepare management and shareholder reports, including detailed performance analysis
* Act as the point of contact for financial data quality across the group's entities
* Contribute to the optimization and automation of reporting and consolidation processes
* Support external audits and respond to auditor requests with clarity and accuracy
* Take part in group-wide strategic projects, including upcoming international mergers
You bring strong accounting roots and an international mindset.
Ideally, you gather:
* A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; additional certification (CPA, etc.) is a plus
* At least 1-5 years of experience in reporting/consolidation within a corporate environment - strong
* A strong accounting foundation and hands-on familiarity with BE GAAP; IFRS knowledge is an asset
* Fluency in English and French (written/spoken)
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP Group Reporting, Cognos)
* A collaborative attitude with the ability to work across teams and borders
