You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives, coordinating multiple squads and removing impediments to progress.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate project deliveries across squadsEnsure deadlines, quality, and budgets are metRemove blockers and align teams with strategic goalsMaintain compliance with internal policies and security standardsProduce dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee reportsCollaborate across teams and communicate daily with the IT Tribe LeadQualifications & Experience:Master's degree (Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge a plusMinimum 10 years in IT project management, including 3+ years in complex Agile environmentsBanking sector experience is a plusTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, KanbanTools: Jira, ConfluenceProven experience in project management and deliverySoft Skills:Leadership, team collaboration, strong communication, negotiation & conflict resolution, service orientation, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, resilience under pressure, continuous improvement mindset
