Main goal of the CI Lead role is to incrementally build capability within teams to improve efficiency using lean methodology on site. Initiating and governing local projects focused on delivering plant improvement through effective change management.

5. Manage and lead plant improvement projects at site level

Essential Qualifications
14. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
15. Lean Thinking

16. IOSH Qualification or equivalent

18. Project Management qualification
19. (Six sigma; Greenbelt)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience:
20. Working within a manufacturing (or similar) environment
21. Leading teams to deliver change.
