Job Description
We are looking for a Program Management Service
You will be is responsible for implementing transformative changes in controlling and infrastructure projects. With an expanding CAPEX portfolio, this service aims to enhance:
· Cost Calculation and Assessment: Refining the methodologies for estimating project costs, including adapting pricing frameworks, using index-based contracts, and bolstering market intelligence.
· Cost Transparency: Increasing clarity on cost evolution throughout project lifecycles.
· Performance Tracking and Cost Reduction: Monitoring performance (e.g., implementing the four-eyes principle) and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities
Key Tasks:
· Define and implement a realistic transformation roadmap.
· Engage with senior management and manage stakeholder interactions to align program results with objectives.
· Collaborate with the IT division to integrate digital initiatives.
· Manage a portfolio of transversal projects with project managers, stream leaders, and other stakeholders.
· Prepare and lead strategic committees (or equivalent).
· Lead project teams to achieve objectives as planned.
· Ensure change management aspects, including storytelling, communication plans, and impact analysis.
· Provide effective communication and reporting (risk management, status reports) to ensure stakeholders are informed.
Requirements
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project/program management is mandatory
· Degree in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
· Experience in controlling and infrastructure project management is an asset.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Strong affinity with digitalization (IT).
· Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
· Flexible, autonomous, and proactive.
· Skilled in organization and planning, including decision-making processes.
