In this role, you will provide sales support to clients, addressing their specific needs and ensuring tailored solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, preparing proposals, managing sales operations, and providing exceptional customer service. An experienced engineering team will support you. Manage all activities with a priority list and prompt collaborators, suppliers and customers on time appropriate actions to provide timely service to the customer;forward price requests to the appropriate team members and ensure proper follow-up.Support the team with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.Track sales reports and manage customer communicationsProficiency in Sales Support and Sales OperationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needsExperience in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service deliveryUnderstanding of industrial or technical products; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferredYou have a good command of English, both spoken and written and in addition German is preferred.You are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; An engaging internal support role in an international and diversified team.
