The Quality Engineer ensures that customer and production quality requirements are maintained and continuously improved.This role will bridge customer needs and production excellence. Your responsibilities include documenting customer requirements, resolving production issues through root cause analysis, and leading continuous improvement projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize risks, validate manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument and translate customer requirements to ensure product compliance.Conduct root cause analyses and coordinate effective solutions with multidisciplinary teams.Manage technical customer requests and ensure smooth introduction into production.Lead customer complaints, nonconformities, CAPA investigations and drive continuous improvement.Reduce manufacturing risks through pFMEA participation and process validation.Support customer audits and provide QC guidance on specifications and inspection methods.Lead improvement initiatives for inspection equipment and methods.Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100 and FDA QSR standards.
