What you’ll do:
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to keep production running efficiently.
* Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend machine life.
* Collaborate with colleagues on complex issues, sharing expertise to find the best solutions.
* Support optimization projects, fine-tune machine settings, and assist with new equipment installations.
* Work closely with supervisors and fellow technicians to implement continuous improvements.
Functie-eisen
* Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food industry.
* Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and packaging machines.
* Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on safety.
* Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system.
