About the Job
This dynamic and challenging role requires a unique blend of leadership skills, technical expertise, and cultural sensitivity. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of our global HRIS, driving the design and governance of core HR processes, and delivering accurate HR data, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
You will work closely with the CPO to structure and scale the global HR function, building strong relationships across countries and supporting local HR teams to ensure adoption and alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and optimization of the global HRIS
* Drive the design and governance of core HR processes
* Deliver accurate HR data, dashboards, and insights to leadership
* Work closely with the CPO to structure and scale the global HR function
* Support and train local HR teams to ensure adoption and alignment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR process ownership, ideally in an international and decentralized organization
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate and lead transformation and digitization processes
* Cultural sensitivity and the ability to maximize adoption across countries
* Strong process mindset and attention to data quality
* Passion and experience in building scalable HR infrastructure
* Knowledge of HR core processes (performance, compensation, organization management, data governance)
* Experience with system implementation and vendor coordination
* International mobility and flexibility, with a willingness to travel to various locations
