đ About the role
As a Platform Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for the reliability, evolution, and operational performance of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
You will support development teams, implement new platform features, and ensure stability and performance. Acting as a bridge between development, business stakeholders, and platform operations, youâll play a key role in delivering applications successfully.
âĄïž On-call duty: 2â3 days/month (after onboarding)
đ ïž Your responsibilities
* Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and scalability
* Proactively identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
* Deploy, configure, and maintain platform services
* Support development teams following DevOps principles
* Troubleshoot complex incidents and propose structural improvements
* Act as a trusted contact for business stakeholders
* Safeguard platform standards and best practices
đ€ Your profile
* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure in a software delivery context
* Experience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and software lifecycles
* Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting)
* Strong analytical mindset and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working in a small, autonomous team
* Strong affinity with development (not a pure developer role)

* Azure Administrator Associate (or similar certification)
* Familiarity with Java Spring stack
