HV Technical Lead
Salary: €151,000
Location: Belgium – Farciennes
As a High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems on major construction projects. Working with diverse, high-performing teams, you’ll help deliver complex infrastructure safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of HV projects, from design, planning, construction, and technical compliance through to commissioning and handover.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a structured approach.
- Ensure familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for complex HV systems.
- Lead technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders, designers, utility companies, and contractors.
- Oversee the design and review/approval process.
- Ensure adherence to regional HV regulatory requirements.
- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards.
- Apply a strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principles within the context of HV operations and projects.

- Bring an engineering or construction background, ideally with HV or energy infrastructure experience.
- Understand utility protocols, commissioning practices, and safety standards for HV systems.
