Responsibilities:
1. Manage, maintain and optimize the product portfolio and product mix.
2. Collaborates in the creation of the annual marketing plan and supports in identifying the product strategy and its implementation.
3. Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
4. Responsible for the local launch of international NPD, determining local needs, testing, positioning, pricing, forecasting and technical support. Validate and adapt product launches (spec sheets, pricing, etc).
5. Conducts product/category analyses and actively proposes creative marketing initiatives to improve business goals.
6. Interface between e.g. international marketing, customer service, sales and logistics.
7. Train sales teams & manage go-to-market activities.
8. Analyze product performance, handle complaints, and optimize the portfolio.
9. Maintain direct client contact and organize promotional events (trade shows, visits).
Qualifications:
10. Experience in product management, ideally in the French market.
11. Strong Excel skills, excellent organization, fully autonomous.
12. Proactive mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills.
13. Sales mindset.
14. Minimum 2 years’ experience in product management.
