Senior Business Analyst
Position: Senior Business Analyst at In4Matic.
We're looking for a Business Analyst to support our client in shaping and optimizing their digital operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for aligning key business processes with technological solutions, managing application performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Your Role
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure effective translation into system functionality.
Define functional and technical specifications and guide configuration efforts.
Oversee collaboration with external providers on various initiatives within the IT environment.
Support testing, user onboarding, and delivery of new application features.
Monitor the overall architecture related to functionality, data consistency, and integrations.
Contribute to accurate reporting and ongoing improvement of system processes.
Act as a primary contact for issues and proactively ensure application reliability.
Stay attuned to developments in the field and identify opportunities for optimization.
What We're Looking For
A background in IT, business, or related experience.
Experience with application lifecycle management and implementation practices.
Knowledge of ERP platforms, business systems or manufacturing.
Experience with Power Apps/Automate would be an asset.
Comfortable working in a structured, project-based environment.
Strong analytical skills with a hands‐on mindset.
Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
