Who we are looking for
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a background in technical project management and expertise in railway manufacturing or signaling. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing complex projects, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, while communicating fluently in English and Spanish.
WHAT WOULD KEEP YOU BUSY
1. As part of our Project Management team, you will oversee daily operations for a range of projects, from designing new locomotives to upgrading existing systems
2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep everything on track and aligned with our goals
3. Oversee procurement and manage commercial negotiations for high-value supply contracts with large OEMs, ensuring successful outcomes
4. Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, assessment checkpoints, and success criteria to ensure steady progress
5. Provide critical support during subsidy application processes, working closely with the Head of Projects to secure necessary funding
6. Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed on key developments
7. Work with the Project team to fine-tune tools and processes, driving improvements in overall project efficiency
8. Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM

10. Whether through an engineering degree or significant experience, you have a strong understanding of railway manufacturing or signaling—or relevant technical sectors

12. You are skilled at managing several tasks at once, ensuring that all projects move forward as planned
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to effectively keep teams and stakeholders informed
14. You can build and maintain solid relationships while navigating negotiations that help drive the project forward
15. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for successful communication across teams and stakeholders
