For a global healthcare company, we are seeking an Account Manager to specialize in life-saving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales of Blood Transfusion products in Belgium and Luxembourg.


About the Role

This position involves managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will also provide application support and ensure the availability of stocks by accurately forecasting sales quantities. Additionally, they will instruct Customer Service and Field Service Engineers, manage backorders, offer customer support, and handle complaints.


Main Responsibilities

* Achieve sales budget for Blood Transfusion Products in BeLux within the scope and strategies of the approved marketing and sales plan.
* Execute all relevant underlying actions, including making offers, evaluating, and managing tender documents, securing availability of stocks through accurate and regular forecasting of sales quantities.
* Maintain excellent contacts with all relevant staff of BeLux customers and prospects (including Key Opinion Leaders) through regular visits, correspondence, etc.


Your Profile

You have/are:

* Passionate about healthcare, enthusiastic, and proactive.
* Result-oriented, customer-focused, and hands-on.
* A strong understanding of the hospital, medical, and healthcare system environment, as well as the prescription environment.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English. German is a plus.
* Independent in executing tasks but also a strong team player.
* CRM savvy.
