The Treasury - Business Product Manager supports the Senior Director - Global Treasury in the areas of implementation, roll out and maintenance of the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) and cash flow forecasting. The Treasury Business Product Manager reports to the Senior Director - Global Treasury and plays a key role in supporting the successful rollout and adoption of treasury-related systems and processes across the IRC. This role serves as a functional lead from the Treasury side, working closely with the IT department, the Project Management Office (PMO), and global finance teams to ensure that business requirements are met and that implementations are aligned with operational needs. This position focuses on business processes design, stakeholder coordination, change management, and user readiness, while supporting IT in the technical implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and related tools.
Major Responsibilities
* Collaborate with IT and PMO to support the rollout of the IRC’s Payment and Bank Reconciliation modules across country offices—integrated via API with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365)—including business-side design & testing, training coordination, and process documentation.
* Work with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and incorporated into system design.
* Lead the bank connectivity process with IT and banking partners in IRC Country Offices.
* Act as the primary business liaison for Treasury system initiatives, ensuring alignment between Treasury, IT, and PMO.
* Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption strategies.
* Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather feedback and ensure business needs are met.
* Collaborate with Treasury and IT teams to define reporting needs and support the development of dashboards and analytics within the TMS.
* Provide input on system enhancements and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Lead the migration to ISO 20022 norm together with IRC IT & banking partners by coordinating business-side readiness and documentation.
* Cash flow forecasting: Design and implement cash flow forecasting process in Kyriba TMS, in collaboration with Treasury leadership and IT.
* Maintain the cash flow forecasting of the organization and ensure integration with IRC’s ERP system (D365).
* Train and support local offices for their cash flow forecasting process.
* Expand the deployment of Kyriba’s FX module to additional financial instruments, including maturity management, settlements automation, reporting, etc.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of treasury operations.
* Assist the Treasury team with daily and monthly operational tasks as needed.
* Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director - Global Treasury.
Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s in Finance or other related field.
* Experience: 6-8 years’ experience in treasury, including TMS design and deployment. Working experience with Kyriba is required.
* Skills & Competencies:
* Solid organizational and time management skills: the ability to process detailed information accurately and deliver on time.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders in various locations.
* Flexible work attitude: ability to work independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to liaise with colleagues in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
* Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
* TMS Kyriba experience required.
* Proficient in MS Office.
Working Environment
* The position will work in the Brussels location and is expected to be on-site, with part-time remote working possible.
* Standard office work environment.
